Are you interested in taking your business to the next level? Do you have a business idea that you’ve always wanted to embark on but never knew how or where to start? If so, then the Blueprint Business Program at the eBridge Center is designed for you!
The Blueprint Business Program provides the tools to develop a business concept, determine its viability, and outline the critical steps to a successful business launch. The program encompasses facilitated instruction throughout seven weekly sessions. This program utilizes the Kauffman FastTrac® NewVenture™ curriculum facilitated by the UTRGV Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Center. The Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation sponsors the program at no cost to the attendees.
Through the Blueprint Cohort program, participants learn to identify market needs, understand business fundamentals, and explore local economic needs. They determine risk and success factors, conduct market research, and align their ventures with real market demands. The program also offers access to human and business resources, helping entrepreneurs build a comprehensive business plan and establish a robust business network.
