John Cornyn announced today. This project is within an Opportunity Zone created by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, a designation created to bring investment and jobs to targeted communities. The funding comes through the Economic Development Administration (EDA).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe thriving Rio Grande Valley economy will become even more vibrant with the help of this new project,\u201d said Sen.
