It\u2019s become a ritual that really helps me stay focused and balanced, setting the tone for whatever the day throws at me. It might sound a bit intense, but I\u2019d honestly recommend it to anyone. It\u2019s a powerful way to ground yourself and get ready for the challenges ahead.<\/p>\n
\nVictoria: My perfect day off is all about simplicity and quality time with my family. I\u2019d start with a workout at home to get my energy up, then spend the day being productive around the house. Maybe we\u2019d do a bit of shopping or just enjoy the day together at home.
