The Frontera Leadership Institute is a three-month leadership and entrepreneurial program by LMNTS, sponsored by the Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation.

This intensive summer program will provide students with training on how to start a business from scratch and learn about product management. The program is distinctive due to its heart-centered approach to business. Participants will learn to collaborate, handle ambiguity, and gain people skills essential for running a successful business.

The program is open to individuals who have completed at least one college semester’s worth of credit and are between the ages of 18 and 26. If you meet these criteria, you are eligible to apply and join Frontera Leadership Institute.
